  I am in the military out of Ohio. I took leave and went to this office to get everything set up for my wife to get my title and registration. I did all the paperwork that the worker said was required. When my wife finally got the title and went to get the registration for the truck the employees of this office made her go get more paperwork multiple times. They even stated that there would be no more paperwork required and what she got would be accepted. My wife is 30+ weeks pregnant and they have sent here running all over town over 5 times to get more paperwork that they do not accept. Even with their power of atterney they still require my wife to have my social security card and birth certificate. I also tried to call the office to see what I could do to help and the number was not working. The employees said there was nothing wrong with the phone and sent my wife away again. If I was not required to work with this office I would never go through them again. They omit and flat out lie about what they need for the process.

  Very frustrating. They don't understand their own regulations when it come to tax exemptions for military personnel. If you are an Army officer don't go here. They don't understand the difference in our contracts and an enlisted contract. They do not understand their own policies and refuse to understand how they make no sense. Very bad taste in my mouth, money out of my wallet, and loss of a benifet that all service members are entitled to.
